Last updated 17 September 2026. These terms apply to the free GEROA Governance QuickCheck provided by Future of Change Pty Ltd.
1. What the QuickCheck does
The QuickCheck is a general, rules-based decision aid for proposed uses of AI in change work. It provides an advisory result from the options you select. It is not legal, privacy, security, employment, safety, records, risk or other professional advice. It is not organisational approval, certification or a complete assessment of your circumstances.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for selecting accurate answers, checking the result against applicable laws, policies, contracts and organisational requirements, obtaining any required specialist advice or approval, and making the final decision. Do not enter names, confidential details, personal information or raw stakeholder content.
3. Using the result
A result is based only on the five categories selected and the decision logic current when the check is completed. Circumstances not covered by those categories may change what is appropriate. You must not describe a QuickCheck result or Decision Record as proof of compliance, approval, completed oversight or due diligence.
4. Decision Records
If you request an emailed Decision Record, it records the answers supplied, the logic applied and the resulting guidance at that time. It does not prove that the answers were correct, the conditions were followed or a human review was completed.
5. Availability and changes
Future of Change may correct, update, suspend or withdraw the QuickCheck or its decision logic. The service may occasionally be unavailable or contain an error. Keep the reference and logic version shown on any record you rely on.
6. Intellectual property and permitted use
Future of Change owns or licenses the QuickCheck, GEROA framework, content and branding. You may use and share your generated result or Decision Record for legitimate internal work. You may not sell, copy or republish the tool itself, remove its notices, or present it as your own product without written permission.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Future of Change is not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate or incomplete answers, treating an advisory result as approval, failing to follow stated conditions or applicable requirements, or modifying or misusing the QuickCheck. Future of Change is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the free tool. Where liability can lawfully be limited but not excluded, it is limited to supplying access to the service again.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Email delivery
If you request a Decision Record, Future of Change receives the email address and coded answers you submit and uses them through its delivery providers only to generate and send the requested record. Your email address is not added to a marketing list. You can use the complete on-screen result without providing an email address.
